Season of change

There still are limited opportunities in the state to go ice fishing, but many lakes and rivers are either partially or fully open. Whether there’s ice cover or not, the water is dangerously cold and an unexpected fall in can turn tragic quickly. The best bet for surviving? Wearing a foam-filled life jacket. Stay safe.
